While at Vee, I took on a lead role across a range of internal and external projects, from branding and communications to social media and marketing. My work covered everything from WordPress maintenance and marketing collateral to mural design, photography, and template creation for proposals, reports, and presentations.

Boardroom Mural Wall

At the time, the new office boardroom had a big blank wall that felt flat and disconnected from the studio’s creative energy. We decided it needed a mural, something bold, interesting, and reflective of the team’s work. I curated and composed a collage of hand-drawn project sketches from across the years, weaving them together with branded orange accents. The final mural was printed and installed to bring the space to life, a visual reminder of the studio’s legacy and creativity.

Marketing & Social Media

I supported the team with day-to-day social media management and content creation, including illustrations for campaigns like “We’re Hiring” and seasonal communications. One of the more memorable additions was the introduction of illustrated Christmas cards sent to clients. This was a personal touch I suggested and managed starting in 2018, which quickly became an annual tradition.

Behind the Scenes – Studio Photography

To better capture the culture and personality of the studio, I created a photo library showcasing the space, the team dynamic, and the many plants that made the office feel like home. The goal was to give clients and collaborators a glimpse into the energy and people behind the projects, not just the polished end results.
